McCain
I am so glad that Ed at Captain's Quarters reminded us all about the Keating Five. We took a $3.4 Billion hit to our collective pocketbooks when Lincoln Savings failed and the Keating Five, one of whom was McCain, got a slap on the wrist. Here we are again! It makes me sick to have McCain touted as a national candidate.
We all know, or should know, that money given in the quantities needed for today's campaigns comes with strings or demands for influence.
